Eligibility
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Defective products
If your system arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to return
